Appointments are released on the 15th of each month. Appointments are available Wednesday – Sunday: Wednesday – Friday 10am – 5pm, Saturday & Sunday 9am – 6pm. Any appointments made outside of these hours are subject to a £15 out of hours fee.

Hair is available to purchase from our collection. Shop our premium hair collection and receive 30% off your install. Hair must be purchased at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment to ensure availability and preparation.

A £25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Bookings are confirmed once the deposit has been received. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Deposits can be transferred once within the same month. Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in loss of deposit.

Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth and relaxed experience. A 10 minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, a £10 late fee will be applied. Arrivals beyond 25 minutes may result in cancellation of the appointment.

Hair must be neatly cornrowed prior to your appointment unless you have booked this as an add-on. If you have booked for a wash service, please ensure your hair is fully detangled beforehand. You are welcome to bring your own shampoo and conditioner if preferred. Hair must be at least 4cm long for a wash and cornrow service.

All hair must be dropped off at least 3 days prior to your appointment to allow enough time for customisation. You may send your hair via post — please ensure it is tracked and signed for, and provide delivery updates. Your package must include your name, appointment date and time, and the service booked. Please ensure hair is clean and free from glue or product build-up before drop-off. Late drop-offs may result in rescheduling; if accommodated, an emergency fee of £10 – £20 will apply.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment and must be paid in cash.

All services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns, please get in touch within 24 hours so they can be reviewed. We are not liable for any concerns raised after 24 hours.
